Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily preparation and quality of coffee and beverage items.
- Develop and standardize recipes for coffee, cold brews, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all beverages.
- Manage brewing equipment (coffee machines, grinders, etc.) and ensure proper maintenance.
- Train and guide baristas and beverage staff.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per company guidelines.
- Experiment with current flavors, seasonal menus, and beverage innovations.
- Ensure smooth workflow and efficiency in beverage operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in coffee brewing, barista role, or beverage preparation.




- Strong knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques (Espresso, Pour-over, French Press, Cold Brew, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with coffee machines and equipment.
- Understanding of flavor profiles and beverage presentation.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Barista Training or Coffee Brewing.
- Experience in cafés, QSRs, or beverage brands.
- Knowledge of mocktails and specialty beverage preparations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
