Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations of cashew processing (grading, roasting, flavoring, packaging)
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet demand and deadlines
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all batches
- Supervise and train factory workers and machine operators
- Optimize raw material usage and reduce wastage
- Maintain hygiene and compliance with FSSAI and food safety norms:
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
- Handle machinery maintenance and troubleshoot production issues
- Monitor inventory levels of raw cashews, flavors, and packaging materials
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics
