Oversees daily service operations, leads a team of technicians, and ensures maximum customer satisfaction. They manage inventory, enforce quality control, and drive service profitability.
- Supervise daily operations, including job card generation, repair scheduling, and workshop cleanliness.
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles while meeting daily and monthly service targets.
- Manage parts inventory, track consumables, and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory post-sales experience.
- Conduct final quality checks and test rides to verify repair work before handing vehicles back to customers.
- Promote the sale of spare parts, lubricants, and value-added accessories.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
