ABOUT THE ROLE

Mumbai Tech Week's job fair connects top tech and AI companies with marketers who can drive real growth. Companies here are looking for growth marketers who combine creative thinking with analytical rigour to build pipeline, grow brand presence, and own campaigns across digital and offline channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the content calendar; produce blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and social content
- Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms
- Build and optimise landing pages and run A/B tests to improve conversion
- Analyse campaign performance end to end and report on key metrics and ROI




- Identify trends and optimise spend and performance based on data
- Support PR, event planning, and media outreach efforts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 0-6 years of experience in marketing; B2B exposure is a plus
- Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Familiarity with marketing automation, ABM campaigns, and conversion funnels
- Experience managing a content or editorial calendar
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for good copy and design
- Exposure to CRM or marketing platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
- Experience in PR, events, or content marketing is a plus

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
