THE ROLE We are a growing FMCG company (roasted makhana & healthy snacks) looking for a ground-level researcher in Chandigarh. You will identify potential distributors, collect their contact details, and gather market feedback. Your work directly feeds into our expansion strategy.

What We're Looking For - Local to Chandigarh (deep knowledge of the city's retail landscape) - 1-2 years of field sales or distribution experience - Comfortable with door-to-door work & rejection - Good at organizing data & sharing regular updates - Basic communication & negotiation skills

Your Daily Work - Visit retail shops & stores across Chandigarh - Collect distributor contact info & names - Do a quick product pitch & gather feedback (margins, interest, pricing thoughts) - Document findings in an organized database - Send weekly/bi-weekly reports to Sales Head

Compensation - Base Salary: ₹20,000 onwards (based on experience, workload & performance) - KM Reimbursement:



Per KM rate + food allowance (as incurred)
- Note: Initial salary is lower due to limited data collection workload. Once a stable distributor network is built, you'll transition to Area Head role managing daily distributor operations & sales — with compensation growing up to ₹40,000/month. _ Who You'll Report To Sales Head (direct reporting)

Your Growth - _Phase 1: _Build distributor network through field research.
- _Phase 2:_ Transition to Area Head managing daily distributor relationships, stock levels, payments & performance. Significant pay growth as you take on more responsibility.
