Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple clients and industries
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and QA professionals
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and post-implementation reviews
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT,



Business, or related field
- Proven track record of successful ERP implementations
- Solid understanding of ERP modules like Finance, HR, Inventory, and CRM
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
