Job Description:
Intellistaff is hiring experienced professionals for the role of AR Caller - International Voice Process (Medical Billing) in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification
- Handle denials and take necessary follow-up actions
- Work on outstanding claims / AR reports
- Perform insurance follow-ups, patient calling, and provider outreach
- Maintain daily productivity logs
- Meet SLA targets with speed and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
- Escalate issues to seniors in a timely manner

Eligibility Criteria:
- 1 to 6 years of experience in Voice Process / Medical Billing / AR Calling
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate
- Strong communication skills (mandatory)
- Experience in US Healthcare process preferred

Key Notes:
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
