Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing and Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies
- Handle end-to-end client coordination and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports and campaign insights to clients
- Manage social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google
- Lead, mentor, and manage marketing team members and interns
- Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and performance marketers for campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and ROI using analytics tools
- Plan content calendars, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness activities
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management




- Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and digital platforms
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Experience in team handling and leadership
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, SEO basics, and analytics tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative mindset with analytical thinking

Preferred Skills
- Experience in agency workplace preferred
- Knowledge of content marketing and branding strategies
- Basic understanding of video/content production workflows

Salary Range : 3LPA To 6LPA

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
