Job Title: Production Supervisor / Operations Manager (Signage / Fabrication)

Location: Mumbai (Factory-based + Site Coordination)

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor / Operations Manager who can take full responsibility for day-to-day factory operations, worker management, and project execution in a signage manufacturing company.

This is NOT a desk job. You will be actively involved in production, planning, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production & Worker Management
- Assign daily work to workers and ensure timely completion
- Monitor productivity and maintain discipline on shopfloor
- Ensure quality checks at every stage

2. Material Planning
- Plan raw material requirements based on projects
- Ensure materials are available in advance
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement

3. Project Coordination
- Track production and installation progress
- Communicate updates with clients
- Handle in office issues and execution challenges

4. Technical Understanding




- Understand basic drawings (AutoCAD / layouts)
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Support workers with technical guidance

5. Reporting & Systems
- Maintain Excel sheets for stock and progress
- Help improve systems and processes

Requirements:
- Experience in signage / fabrication / interiors / metal / electrical work:
- Experience handling workers or shopfloor operations:
- Basic knowledge of drawings and measurements:
- Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
- Must know Excel and basic computer work

- Experience in signage industry
