Position: Production Supervisor

Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years

Qualification:Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Team Management
- Supervise workers and daily site activities.
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain discipline and proper coordination among team members.

Performance Monitoring
- Monitor employee productivity and work efficiency.
- Provide guidance and feedback to improve performance.

Training & Development
- Train recent employees regarding work processes and safety procedures.
- Support team members in improving technical and operational skills.

Scheduling & Attendance
- Prepare work schedules and manage shifts.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.

Problem Solving
- Handle operational issues and resolve team conflicts.
- Coordinate with management regarding site-related challenges.





Quality & Safety Control
- Ensure work is completed as per company quality standards.
- Follow safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.

Reporting
- Prepare daily and weekly work reports.
- Update management on productivity and project status.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
