Procurement / Sales Coordination Executive - MRO / Industrial Products

Experience: 3 - 8 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech - EEE, ECE, E&I;, Mechanical(Diploma Welcome)
Industry Preference: Ecommerce / Automobile / Manufacturing / Industrial Procurement

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle complete P2P (Procurement to Pay) or Sales to Order cycle efficiently.
- Develop new and alternate vendors for key products and services to improve client serviceability.
- Robust sourcing experience in industrial products and vendor management.
- Hands-on experience in ERP systems for Sales Order and Purchase Order creation for domestic operations.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for procurement and order tracking activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per agreed TAT.




- Coordinate and follow up rigorously with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Manage and coordinate with a large number of suppliers on a daily basis for order fulfillment.
- Work closely with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure better serviceability and on-time delivery.
- Basic knowledge of products related to MRO, Chemicals, and Packaging categories is mandatory.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
