About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and execution-focused qualified to work closely with the founders and leadership team. This is not a traditional admin-only role. The position involves Founder’s Office coordination, operational execution support, project management, stakeholder coordination, and leadership assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive assistance and calendar management
- Founder’s Office coordination and operational support
- Task tracking and project coordination across teams
- Vendor coordination and process management
- Presentation, reporting, and documentation support
- Cross-functional communication and follow-ups
- Managing schedules, priorities, and execution timelines
- Supporting leadership with operational efficiency
- Experience in Founder’s Office, Executive Assistant, Operations, Project Coordination, or Startup/Agency environments
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset




- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
- Ability to independently drive execution and coordination

Required Skills:
- Google Workspace
- Excel / Google Sheets
- PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Task management and coordination tools such as Slack, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello
