Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Olympus-A, Security Block Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, Patlipada, Thane (W) 400607, Maharashtra, India

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Experience Required: 6-10 years

Knowledge/Skills required:
- Minimum 6 - 10 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in the US Market:
- Experience with recruiting or sourcing for Financial/Insurance Domain:
- Sourcing and Screening of varied roles ranging from Low to Mid, Mid to High, and Executive roles across different organizations/business units.:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.:
- Should be ready to work on the night shift.:
- Individuals should have a fair knowledge of ATS (iCIMS, Job Diva, Success Factor, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.):
- Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools like Eightfold will be an added advantage.:
