Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Induction: Execute the new-hire journey by coordinating logistics (IT/Equipment), conducting cultural inductions, and ensuring 100% documentation compliance.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and lead company events and team-building activities, including vendor management,



internal communications, and participation tracking.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, manage daily queries, and assist in implementing disciplinary actions or performance improvement plans.
- Exit Management: Oversee the formal offboarding process and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the master database.
- Administration: Manage vendor relationships, ensure timely payments and invoice tracking, and maintain office inventory/stationary stock.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Execute additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the management to support evolving business needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and management
- Solid
