II. JOB PURPOSE
- Vendor Invoice Processing & Payments and MIS
- Accounts Payable Profile P2P Process, Processing of Vendor Payments, Preparing MIS & Closure of Books of Accounts.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-
Core ResponsibilitiesHandling Accounts Payables.
- Ensuring correct and timely payout to vendors within the stipulated TAT, thorough validation of bills from compliance, contract and actual service perspective.




- To coordinate and assist with respective stakeholders at all the Business Units with respect to vendor payments & queries related to payments, as well as guiding & training them with respect to system process.
- Ensuring the compliances related to ABAC framework, while processing the vendor invoices at SSC.
- Vouching of expense related accounting entries processed through PRS.
- Reviewing & Reporting of Monthly Business Report (MBR) MIS to management.
- Complete responsibility of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Tax Audit with respect to Account Payable areas.
- Reviewing & reporting of Audit schedules & replying to auditors.
- ERP processes - Procurement Module (CER / SER / PRS / PO), Travel Module & Credit Note Settlement, Utility Module, Entries in Sun System & Payments to Vendors.
- Control on Account Payables, vendor reconciliations, following-up of Debit Balances in Creditors accounts, review of Creditors Ageing.
- Preparation of Budgeting for Finance Department, reports required by senior management time to time.
