About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Structural Analysis and Design:
- Perform structural calculations and simulations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Design structural components and systems for high Rise buildings, Elevated Water tank, Underground Water Tank, Water Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant Sewage Pumping station, water retaining structure and other infrastructure projects. Steel structure like industrial shed, shuttering and stagging for RCC Member and storm and sewerage network RCC Member.
- Project Management:
- Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with contractors, Client, Site Engineers and other Key person to align structural design with project goals.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare and review detailed reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Problem Solving:




- Evaluate structural issues and develop cutting-edge solutions to complex challenges.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and oversee construction processes.

Education: Master’s degree in Structure Engineering

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in structural engineering

Technical Skills & Responsibilities
- Proficient in structural design and analysis software, including AutoCAD, SAFE, ETABS, and STAAD.Pro.
- Experienced in the design and analysis of various structural components such as:
- Pile foundations and pile caps
- Isolated (pad) footings, combined footings, raft foundations, and stepped footings
- Retaining walls for both soil and water structures
- Axially loaded and biaxially loaded columns
- Reinforced concrete beams, slabs, and flat slab systems
- Prestressed concrete (PSC) beams
- Structural steel components including steel columns and girders for composite structures
- Gantry girder systems
- Skilled in preparing detailed st
