Training Objective

We are looking for a Company Secretary Trainee to join our Legal & Secretarial Department for a full time 21 months training as prescribed by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The trainee will work closely with the Legal Head and gain hands-on exposure to corporate compliance, governance, and secretarial functions in a fast-growing EV organization.

Key Responsibilities (Training Scope)

Under supervision and guidance, the CS Trainee will be involved in:
- Assisting in review, audit,



and organization of past statutory and secretarial records of the Company and its group entities.
- Supporting the team in documentation, updating, and streamlining of secretarial records.
- Assisting in drafting and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Secretarial Department.
- Exposure to statutory compliances under Companies Act and allied laws.
- Supporting initiatives related to automation and digitization of secretarial activities.
- Assisting in maintaining compliance trackers, filings, and internal compliance mechanisms.
- Getting exposure to IPO preparedness and corporate restructuring activities (as applicable).
- Providing day-to-day support in routine secretarial and legal documentation work.

Eligibility Criteria
- CS Executive / CS Professional (as applicable under ICSI training norms).
- Eligible and willing to undergo 21 months of full-time practical training as per ICSI guidelines.
