Head of Portfolio Services Technology
[Permanent / Contract]
About the Role
Portfolio Services Technology is building JLL's first generation of production AI agent platforms — Navigator, a multi-agent scenario planning tool for portfolio management, and the Lease Admin Agents programme, designed to transform lease administration at scale. Both are in active delivery with committed launch timelines.
We are looking for a Technical Product Lead to own the product and technology strategy across these programmes. This is a senior individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of AI product management, solution architecture and enterprise delivery. You will define how the product works, ensure engineering builds the right things, and act as the technical authority bridging business stakeholders and delivery teams.
This role draws on the full stack of contemporary AI product development — agentic systems, RAG design, LLM evaluation,
low-code orchestration and enterprise integration — and requires someone who can operate credibly from a CDR to a C-suite platform presentation.
What You Will Do
AI Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the product vision and technical roadmap across Navigator and Lease Admin Agents, ensuring both are built to deliver the outcomes committed in the approved business cases
- Define and validate AI agent behaviours, tool-calling patterns, guardrails and output evaluation frameworks for production deployment
- Lead platform selection and architecture decisions, including the current AWS evaluation, assessing vendor capabilities, total cost of ownership and enterprise readiness
- Drive build-vs-buy recommendations across the AI and automation technology stack, synthesising technical capabilities and business fit for senior stakeholder decisions
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are techn
