Job Description - Supervisor

Position: Supervisor
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month
Location: Bharuch

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operational and manpower activities at site.
- Ensure work is completed as per company standards and timelines.
- Monitor worker attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Coordinate with management and clients for smooth operations.
- Maintain daily work reports and site records.
- Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
- Resolve basic operational and workforce issues at site.
- Support team members and ensure proper task allocation.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any issues immediately.

Required Skills:




- Valuable leadership and team handling skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage manpower and site activities effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

Qualification
- 12th Pass/Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Experience in industrial operations, manpower handling, facility management, or site supervision preferred.

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work in shifts and travel if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
