Responsibilities:*
- Assisting in design development and execution
- Preparing drawings, mood boards, and presentations
- Site visit support and coordination
- Material selection assistance

As an HR Intern, you will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.



You will gain exposure to HR processes and support day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial telephonic interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection and orientation coordination.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating the HR database.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Handle basic employee queries related to leaves, policies, and other HR matters.
- Help in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and employee contracts.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
