ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY -
- Financial Accounting & Book Closure - Manage accounting operations, book closure, ledger scrutiny, and preparation of financial statements for group companies.
- Taxation & Statutory Compliances - Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Audit - Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments
- Budgeting & Financial Planning - Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cost analysis, and variance analysis for management decision-making
- Banking & Cash flow management
- Monitor daily banking activities, fund flow management, working capital requirements, and banking documentation.
- Financial reports & MIS - Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, budget analysis, profitability reports, and management reports.
- Compliance & Documentation - Maintain proper financial records, accounting documentation, and compliance registers as per company policies and legal requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities, strengthen internal financial controls, and support management in financial decision-making
- SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS -
- CA (mandatory) with minimum 2 years of experience into finance & accounts
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Good knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Solid analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
