Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern who will be responsible for on-ground merchant acquisition and building strong business partnerships with local service providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential Spa, Club, and Restaurant businesses in assigned locations
- Visit businesses and connect with owners, managers, or decision-makers:
- Educate merchants on:
- How the platform generates new customers and leads:
- How the merchant app helps manage bookings and business operations:
- Convince and onboard merchants to partner with the platform
- Maintain a pipeline of potential business leads and follow-ups
- Collect required business details for onboarding
- Coordinate with internal teams for merchant activation
- Achieve daily/weekly visit and onboarding targets

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Ability to pitch products/services confidently




- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Comfortable with field sales and client visits
- Good observation and market awareness
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection positively

Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in any stream (preferably Business/Marketing)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Must be willing to work in field-based role
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Prior internship in sales or business development is a plus
- Comfortable interacting with local business owners
- Energetic, confident, and result-driven individuals
