Job Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will interact with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable educational programs while managing the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and consultations with prospective learners
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable upskilling programs
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain follow-ups
- Achieve individual sales and performance targets

Eligibility CriteriaRequired Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with persuasive ability

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred




- Prior EdTech industry experience is an added advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
