Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with vendors for order follow-ups, confirmations, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination with Production, Warehouse,



and Logistics teams.
- Maintain and update purchasing records, documentation, and procurement databases.
- Track order status and provide timely updates to internal teams.
- Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams for procurement planning.
- Assist in vendor negotiations, pricing discussions, and sourcing activities.
- Conduct market and brand trend research to support procurement decisions.
- Support Research & Development (R&D;) and New Product Development (NPD) activities, including sourcing materials and identifying new vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of brands, market trends, and sourcing processes.
- Knowledge of Purchase Order creation and procurement workflows.
