Responsibilities and Impact:
- Product Knowledge:
Act as a product specialist for S&P; GMI data feed solutions, partnering with Commercial to support sales opportunities and ensure clients understand data availability, usage, and ingestion. Support deployment and collaborate with internal and client technical teams as needed.
- Training:
Deliver client training on datasets and technical solutions to meet specific needs, drive adoption, and maximise long-term value.
- Revenue Growth:




Drive expansion of feed solutions across existing and recent client areas, sharing insights to support retention and growth. Provide product feedback and recommend enhancements based on client needs and technical experience.
- Market Awareness:
Maintain awareness of client environments, competitor offerings, and market trends, and contribute relevant insights through established channels.
- Customer Experience:
Act as a primary regional contact, maintaining regular engagement to understand client needs, environments, and future requirements.
- Sales Support:
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing technical support, financial services, or product specialist roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business from an accredited institution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective training ses
