Job Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, accurate, and qualified responses

Follow internal process guidelines and maintain performance standards

Coordinate with internal teams when required

Key Requirements:
Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Strong written English communication skills (mandatory)

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work night shifts

Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
