TIDA Sports is building one of India’s fastest-growing grassroots multi-sport training ecosystems, working with young athletes across multiple cities. We partner with academies to deliver structured coaching programs and are on a mission to increase sports participation at the grassroots level.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for converting high-intent inbound leads (parents) into academy visits and paid admissions. Your success will depend on how effectively you:
- build trust with parents,
- communicate program value,
- and drive them to take action.

What Inside Sales Executive will be doing
- Call and qualify 100+ inbound leads / day from ad campaigns
- Understand parent needs, child’s age, location, interest and intent
- Pitch relevant sports programs and book academy visits / trials
- Coordinate with centre heads to ensure smooth visit experience
- Follow up rigorously (calls + WhatsApp) to convert leads into visits and further to admissions
- Maintain lead lifecycle on CRM

KPIs

This is a performance-driven role:
- High lead connection rate (speed + persistence)




- Strong visit booking numbers
- Consistent follow-ups leading to admissions
- Contribution to monthly revenue targets

Who Tida Sports is Looking For
- Minimum 6 months experience in B2C calling / inside sales / telecalling
- Solid communication in Hindi + Punjabi + English (optional)
- Ability to handle parent objections confidently
- Comfortable with high call volumes & follow-up intensity
- Basic CRM handling experience (or quick learner)
- Based in Mohali office
