Tele Recovery Executive
- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts or pending payments
- Explain outstanding dues and encourage timely repayment
- Negotiate payment terms, settlements, or installment plans
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
- Follow up regularly on promises to pay
- Handle customer queries and resolve disputes related to billing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines during calls
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets
0-3 years in collections, telecalling, or customer service (freshers may apply)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
