Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive CRM Executive/Manager responsible for the implementation, management, and coordination of the CRM module. The role also involves managing customer relationships and supporting CRM project teams to ensure a seamless client experience and foster long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Must understand Sales Offers, Pricings, & Schemes,
- Basic awareness of Sales process, C&F;, Dealer, & Distributers Mgmt.
- Must know Sales Team’s Activities, Designation & Hierarchies.
- Should understand fundamentals of configurations, implementation & Db Mgmt.
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients
- Handle client queries, complaints, and follow-ups effectively




- Coordinate with ERP Consultants and Technical Teams for issue resolution
- Track customer interactions, service requests, and project updates
- Ensure timely communication with domestic and international clients
- Generate reports related to client engagement and service performance

Required Skills:
- Solid communication skills (written & verbal)
- Client handling and relationship management skills
- Basic understanding of CRM tools / ERP systems
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams
- Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach

Qualification:
- Any Graduate (BBA, B. Com, BCA preferred)
- Experience in CRM / Customer Support / IT Support / ERP domain preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
