Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Machinery Operator to handle and monitor equipment used in cashew processing. The role involves ensuring smooth machine operations, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines used for grading, roasting, and packaging
- Monitor machine performance and ensure effective output
- Perform basic maintenance and report technical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in reducing wastage and improving productivity
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in factory or food processing operations
- Basic knowledge of machinery handling
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work in a production environment
Salary: As per experience
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
