Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the school
- Ensure effective implementation of the ICSE curriculum and standards:
- Supervise and evaluate teaching quality and student performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive school culture
- Coordinate with parents, management, and external stakeholders
- Oversee admissions, examinations, and school operations
- Ensure compliance with ICSE board norms and regulations
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:



Postgraduate + B.Ed (mandatory)
- Experience: 5-10 years in teaching, with leadership experience preferred
- Prior experience in an ICSE school is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of ICSE curriculum, assessment patterns, and school administration
