A Sales Executive in a retail shop is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards. The role involves direct interaction with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and provide product recommendations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle billing, payments, and basic cash management
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-organized
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team
- Address customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotions

Qualifications

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
