Position:
- Furniture Sales & Billing Executive

PLACE OF POSTING:
- Bangalore

REPORTS TO:
- Store Manager / Showroom Manager

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Any degree from a UGC recognized university

WORK EXPERIENCE (Industry, Area of Experience, Years of Experience)
- 2-5 years of experience in furniture retail / showroom sales / home interiors sales
- Experience in customer handling, billing, and cash management:
- Familiarity with POS systems, invoicing, and payment handling:
- Basic understanding of furniture products, materials, and pricing:




- Experience in retail sales targets and upselling

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers in selecting furniture products based on their requirements
- Explain product features, pricing, and available offers
- Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/card/UPI transactions accurately
- Maintain daily cash records and ensure proper reconciliation
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order processing and delivery
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, product display, and stock availability
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide resolutions
