Job Title: Counter Sales Executive

Location: DLF Mall of India (Sector 18, Noida)
Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers at the store counter in a professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage effectively
- Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness
- Handle billing and basic cash transactions
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Manage stock at the counter and inform seniors about shortages

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in retail or counter sales




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales techniques
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
- Comfortable working in mall retail environment and shift timings

Working Conditions:
- 6 days working with rotational week off
- Shift-based working (as per mall timings)
- Rapid-paced retail setting
