Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales of industrial racks, warehouse storage systems, and shelving solutions. The role involves visiting clients, generating leads, understanding requirements, and closing sales deals across industries such as warehousing, logistics, retail, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries
- Conduct field visits to warehouses, factories, retail outlets, and distributors
- Generate leads and convert them into sales orders
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable racking / storage solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for closures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with design/technical team for customized solutions
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collection of payments and order execution follow-ups
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates

Key Skills Required
- Robust field sales and negotiation skills:




- Good technical understanding of storage systems (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively

Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Marketing / Business Administration
- Prior experience in industrial products, racks, shelving, or similar B2B sales preferred

- Revenue generated
- Number of client visits per week
- Lead conversion ratio
- New client acquisition
- Order value and repeat business
- Experience in warehouse racks, pallet racking, shelving systems, or industrial equipment:
- Strong local market connections in industrial areas
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
