Key Responsibilities:1. Vehicle Planning & Placement
- Arrange vehicles as per daily dispatch/requirement plan
- Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely vehicle availability
- Ensure optimal vehicle utilization

2. Dispatch Coordination
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules
- Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery
- Handle delays and escalate issues proactively

3. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with transport vendors for rates, availability, and performance
- Maintain vendor database and documentation
- Verify vendor bills and ensure accuracy

4. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure proper documentation (LR, e-way bill, challans, permits)
- Maintain transport records and reports
- Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations





5. Cost Control
- Monitor freight costs and optimize transportation expenses
- Compare market rates and negotiate with vendors when required

6. MIS & Reporting
- Maintain daily/weekly transport MIS reports
- Track KPIs like TAT, cost per trip, vehicle utilization, delays

7. Issue Handling
- Resolve transit issues such as delays, damages, or shortages
- Coordinate with warehouse and customer teams for smooth operations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
