Job Description- Analyse the issue reported, identify problem areas, devise and work with team members to enhance quality of service and prevent future issues
- Meet the SLA requirements by closing the issue within SLA
- Escalate the events/incident to 2nd level team in time of the problems that cannot be solved by within the scope of Monitoring Executive.
- Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to issues on site and fixing the issue within SLA.
- Carry out event and incident localization/ resolution/ escalation in accordance with given instructions
- Should agree to work in rotational shifts without any hesitation. Qualification 12th Pass or Any Graduate Experience Required 0-6 Months Working Conditions: Ability to work varying shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends).

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹51,993.19 per month
