About the Role

Proclivity Digitech Pvt Ltd is hiring high-energy Tele Sales Callers for an international Industrial Automation Repair Campaign.

The role involves high-volume outbound calling to manufacturing companies in the US to introduce our servo motor and drive repair services and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Make 200-300 outbound calls daily to US manufacturing companies

⁠ ⁠Identify companies using servo motors, servo drives, CNC machines, or automation equipment

⁠ ⁠Introduce servo repair and industrial control services

⁠ ⁠Generate qualified repair inquiries and service leads

⁠ ⁠Speak with maintenance managers, plant managers, and engineers

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records

⁠ ⁠Meet daily targets for calls, conversations, and lead generation

Daily Performance Expectations

⁠ ⁠200-300 outbound calls per day

⁠ ⁠15-25 conversations with prospects

⁠ ⁠5-10 qualified leads weekly

⁠ ⁠Consistent follow-up and pipeline management
