Role & responsibilities The Relationship Manager (DSA Vertical) will be responsible for sourcing and driving Loan Against Property (LAP) business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and channel partners. The role requires strong relationship management, business development skills, and the ability to build a sustainable sourcing network while ensuring portfolio quality and policy adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Acquire and onboard current DSAs, connectors, and referral partners in the assigned territory.

- Generate LAP business through the DSA channel and achieve monthly disbursement targets.

- Drive customer acquisition and ensure consistent lead generation from channel partners.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs to maximize productivity.

Relationship Management

- Conduct regular partner meetings and field visits to strengthen engagement.

- Act as the single point of contact for channel partners regarding product, policy, and process queries.

- Ensure timely resolution of partner and customer concerns.

- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key sourcing partners.





Loan Processing &

- Coordination

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical teams for smooth case processing.

- Ensure complete documentation and adherence to credit underwriting guidelines.

Portfolio Quality

- Source business in line with the business policy

- Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring proper customer profiling and verification.

Market Intelligence

- Identify opportunities to penetrate new markets and strengthen channel reach.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 8 years of experience in LAP, Mortgage Loans, Housing Finance, or NBFC sales.

- Strong exposure to DSA, Channel Sales, or Connector Management.

- Proven track record in achieving sales and disbursement targets.
