JOB TYPE : FIELD EXECTIVE/OFFICER The role of RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (RM) is very compelling as it involves field work, Technical Process Management, Ticket Management, Quality Maintenance and Training Customers.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

- Travel locally to cover the specific territory, contact customer based on task allocated
- Ready to learn quickly and implement keeping all quality parameters in mind.
- Resolve Technical complains quickly and effectively within given SLA
- Good communication and listing skills, ability to explain complex information clearly and simple manner
- A good combination of product and Technical Service knowledge with interpersonal skills
- Report on specific issues to reporting managers and audit committee.
- Performance based promotions and scope of growth for performing employees.

SALARY 2.5 Lks per Annum& above (+) ESI/PF (+) Insurance (+) Petrol Allowance (+) Daily Food Allowance*
