We are hiring dynamic and target-driven professionals for the role of Direct Channel Sales Life Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, driving sales, and achieving business targets through direct selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through direct sales
- Sell life insurance products as per customer needs
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in BFSI sector (Life Insurance / General Insurance / Banking / NBFC / Broking Firm)
- Solid sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
Education:
- Graduation is mandatory
Location Preference:
- Candidates must be based in Kolkata or nearby areas
