- Preferably MBA/ CAwith 10-12 years of relevant experience
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle discussion at CXO level independently
- Client facing end to end deal lead business & deal analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, negotiations
- Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders for the successful closure of the deal
