Role & responsibilities
- Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers
- Build robust working relationships with bank branch managers and tellers to secure customer referrals
- Train, motivate, and coach bank staff to identify and generate insurance leads
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct joint sales calls with bank employees to close insurance policies
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any field (MBA or PGDM is a plus).
- 1 to 6 years of experience in life or general insurance sales.
- Prior background in bank-partnered sales or institutional channels.
