Role: RM - Mutual Fund Acquisition Intern

Location: Delhi/ Mumbai

1. Lead Generation

- Identify and research potential Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) through databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Support the team in building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective partners.

1. Tele Sales Support

- Assist in reaching out to prospects via calls and other communication channels.
- Introduce mutual fund distribution opportunities and share relevant information.
- Help address basic queries related to onboarding, products, and commissions.




- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

1. Relationship Management

- Support the team in engaging with prospective MFDs and understanding their requirements.
- Assist MFDs throughout the onboarding journey to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Market & Product Research

- Stay informed about mutual fund products, industry developments, and market trends.
- Learn about the company's offerings and help communicate their benefits to potential partners.

1. Reporting & Analytics

- Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales activities and pipeline performance.
- Support the team in achieving business objectives through data-driven recommendations.

Who you are:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in sales and relationship management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with CRM tools and data.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Eager to learn about the mutual fund industry, financial products, and distribution business.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
