Key Responsibilities • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages and online queries professionally.
- Manage and monitor online orders received through different platforms.
- Coordinate order processing, packing and dispatch with the internal team.
- Provide customers with order updates and resolve basic queries or concerns.
- Maintain proper records of orders, customer details and follow-ups.
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the studio and provide a warm customer experience.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely order fulfilment and smooth daily operations.
- Build positive relationships with customers and represent the Aura by Khushbu brand professionally.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
