We are a premium, technology-enabled home healthcare service designed specifically for Trivandrum’s elderly population. We operate on a unique "Dual-Responder" model, meaning you will never be dispatched alone; you will always conduct home visits alongside a Medical Officer.

Core Responsibilities

- Kit Management: Take full ownership of the Field Response Kit before every dispatch. You will physically check and sign off that all diagnostic tools and consumables are fully stocked against a checklist.

- Clinical Core (In office): Perform accurate vitals checks (BP, SpO2, temp, sugar) and execute safe phlebotomy/sample collection at the patient's bedside according to our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

- Co-Visits: Assist the Medical Officer during the physical exam and chronic disease baseline assessments.

- Infection Control & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to biomedical waste segregation and sample cold-chain management during transit.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
