Role & responsibilities :

- Identify the overall training needs based on the requirement of the operations in coordination with managers and repeat the same in case the processes or technologies change.

- Identify individual developmental training needs of people based on the feedback from the supervisor.

- Based on the training needs, develop the training content for imparting to the people.

- Ensure the development of a training plan and training calendar for imparting training to the staff on an ongoing basis.

- Ensure monitoring of the change in the competencies after the training is done and provide the same for the supervisor/ employees.

- Maintain the record of the training in the employee records.

- Facilitate / Conduct the training on sales, safety, process, quality, etc. as per the requirements of the policies in the Mandatory Training Programs.





- Create and implement different types of mechanisms to measure training effectiveness

- Development of training modules.

- Proficient in Excel with hands-on experience in creating dashboards and data analysis.

Ideal candidate would be someone who has:

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other training software.

- Experience in the FMCG, dairy or agriculture industry is a plus.

- Geographical exposure of North India.

- Willingness of frequent travelling.
