ASM Role for Branch Vertical for Handling Branch sales Manager -Business Loan for Secured and Unsecured

Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business loan targets in the assigned region.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth, improve customer acquisition, and retention.

- Identify recent business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-15 years of experience in regional sales management or similar role in the banking sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue streams.

- Strong understanding of business loans (LAP), mortgages, home loans, personal loans, group loans & insurance products.

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and partners.
