About the Role

Inspite Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and knowledgeable Registered Nurses to join our team as NCLEX-RN Video Content Reviewers.

The selected candidates will use their clinical nursing expertise to review and evaluate nursing-related video content and NCLEX-RN educational materials. The role involves ensuring that the content is clinically accurate, reliable, clear, and aligned with current nursing practices and NCLEX-RN standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Review nursing and NCLEX-RN video content for clinical accuracy and relevance.
- Validate medical and nursing information against accepted clinical practices and standards.
- Identify inaccuracies, outdated information, inconsistencies, or gaps in nursing content.
- Provide qualified feedback and recommendations to improve educational content.
- Ensure nursing concepts, procedures, terminology, and clinical scenarios are accurately represented.
- Review content for clarity, completeness, and educational value.
- Collaborate with content developers and other subject matter experts to improve the quality of nursing learning materials.




- Maintain confidentiality and follow company quality and content-review guidelines.
- Stay updated with current nursing practices and relevant NCLEX-RN requirements.

Requirements

- B.Sc. Nursing qualification is mandatory.
- 5–10 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong knowledge of nursing concepts, clinical procedures, and patient care.
- Good understanding of NCLEX-RN-related nursing concepts is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to review and explain complex nursing concepts clearly.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with digital/video-based educational content.
