Regional Sales Manager – Textile / Silicate / Laundry / Chemical Industry

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our regional sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, proven experience in handling large business accounts, excellent client relationship skills, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned region.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients and large business accounts.
- Handle existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Conduct regular client visits, business meetings, and market assessments.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing,



and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
- Lead and coordinate with the sales team to ensure consistent business growth.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Relevant experience in Textile, Silicate, Laundry, or Chemical Industry is mandatory/preferred.
- Must have proven experience in handling large business volumes and major/key accounts.
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent mailing/email communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong business development and market expansion skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Location Preference
- Local candidates will be preferred.
- Candidates from outside the location with relevant industry experience and solid business exposure are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
